Collaboration Project Manager

Manage internal resources and any third party vendors for the successful completion of the project.  Ensure that the project is delivered on time, within scope and within budget.  Develop project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensures technical feasibility. Establish regular meeting cycles, run or delegate Agile scrums/sprints. Manage stakeholder expectations and help resolve any project team issues.  Ensure resource availability and allocation of staff at the appropriate involvement level. Aligns schedules between project team, sprints and stakeholder availability during all phases of the project.  Other duties as assigned.
