- Set up and maintain the Digital Asset system. Transfer our current library into the system.
- Lead the overall strategy, implementation and workflow of the Digital Asset system.
- Manage and maintain the digital asset system.
- Upload and facilitate the uploading of assets into the system.
- Keyword all assets in accord with Ethnos360’s business needs and best practice taxonomies.
- Be the point of contact for all users with the organization to download assets. Assist users as necessary to find appropriate images.
- Ensure that Ethnos360 has the appropriate licenses to use images.
- Train the communication team and other Ethnos360 team members on correct procedures in importing and use of the Digital Asset system.
- Keep informed of latest Digital Asset management technology trends and innovations.
- Other duties as assigned.
